About Us
Brightwells Gostrey has been in the heart of the community for older people for nearly 40 years. We provide a warm and friendly environment for senior citizens to meet. Offering a variety of vital services including door to door transport, freshly cooked meals, daily activities, exercise, arts & crafts, games and much more. We are proud to bring a sense of belonging, companionship, fun and enjoyment to those in their golden years
Our Charity
We are a registered charity and regularly fundraise, however, in order for us to continue to offer our services, we are also heavily dependent on the generous donations and funding that we receive. Every single penny goes such a long way and makes a real difference

VOLUNTEERS
We have a team of dedicated staff, but we also rely on our volunteers to help with the day to day running of the centre. Without them, we simply would not exist.
If you have a spare few hours each week or only on an occasional basis - whatever your interest or skill - assisting with our groups, delivering our community meals, helping out in our kitchen or community garden, we will definitely have a role and would love to hear from you!
