LOVE 2 MOVE
A seated cognitive exercise group designed to help us keep moving as well improving our memory, balance, co-ordination and flexibility.
WEDNESDAYS - 11 - 11:45AM
EXERCISE WITH JOHN
We are very lucky to be visited by John. With over 15 years' experience, his weekly group helps improve strength, balance, flexibility and confidence.
THURSDAYS - 10:45 - 11:45AM
VARIETY HOUR
Our variety hour is great fun. Hosted by Bev and the team, the time soon goes with singing, musical instruments, light exercises and quizzes.
WEDNESDAYS - 1 - 2PM
FRENSHAM HEIGHTS SCHOOL
A wonderful afternoon that changes from week to week. From games, quizzes and painting to reminiscing, pottery and performances we very much looking forward to seeing the children during their school year.
